What to include in your first email

• your name and the agency / branch;
• where you are based (Lisburn, Belfast, or elsewhere in Northern Ireland);
• the one repeated admin job that takes the most time or causes the most stress;
• roughly how many of that job you handle per week (estimate is fine);
• two or three times you are free for a 20-minute fit call.

Please do not include client, vendor, applicant or property details in this first email. The fit call works entirely with fictional scenarios.

What happens on the fit call

1. 5 min — confirm the pain. Is there a repeated admin job real enough to test?
2. 5 min — confirm the inputs. What would the assistant receive? (Approved inputs only.)
3. 5 min — confirm the human approval point. Who checks the draft before anything is used?
4. 5 min — confirm the boundary. What must the assistant refuse to do?

After the call, you decide whether a narrow pilot is worth discussing. There is no obligation either way.
