About Gordon AI Services
A small, founder-led AI service studio for independent estate agents in Lisburn & Northern Ireland.
Gordon AI Services is based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. We build narrow AI admin assistants for independent estate agencies and small multi-branch firms. Our promise is simple and consistent: AI prepares the admin. Your staff stay in control.
How GAIS works
The starting model is intentionally narrow. We pick one repeated branch admin job — viewing enquiries, vendor updates, feedback summaries, inbox triage, listing copy, valuation follow-up, lettings enquiries or the manager's morning queue — and design a controlled assistant around it.
For each assistant we define five things before writing a single prompt
- the repeated job (what happens every day);
- what the assistant receives (approved inputs only);
- what the assistant prepares (drafts, summaries, checklists, queues);
- where a person checks it (the human approval point);
- what the assistant refuses to do (the safety boundary).
This is the opposite of "let AI handle everything". It is the pattern that keeps the work useful without putting client relationships or commercial decisions in the hands of a model.
Why fictional examples come first
The first conversation with any new agency uses fictional / dummy scenarios only — no CRM access, no mailbox access, no live applicant data. That keeps the conversation focused on the pattern: is this job real in your branch, and would a drafted starting point save effort or just add noise?
Only after the pattern is clear does a separate, narrowly-scoped pilot define approved inputs, data-handling boundaries and human-approval points.
Who we work with
We work with independent estate agencies and small multi-branch firms in Lisburn, Belfast and across Northern Ireland. Typical profile:
- owner-operated or small team;
- steady flow of viewing enquiries, vendor updates and feedback to handle;
- already using a CRM — and not looking to replace it;
- cautious but not hostile to AI;
- willing to start narrow and stop if a workflow isn't useful.
We don't work with firms looking for unsupervised AI client messaging, "guaranteed listings" claims, or CRM replacement. If that's what you're after, we'd rather say so up front.
What GAIS will not do
- contact your clients, vendors, buyers, tenants or landlords without approval;
- replace your CRM, your negotiator or your branch manager;
- give pricing, valuation, legal, mortgage, tenancy or compliance advice;
- guarantee listings, revenue, conversion uplift or ROI;
- use real client data in the first demonstration;
- publish, send, delete or change anything without a person checking it;
- claim clients, case studies or results that don't exist yet.
How we talk about the work
| Avoid as a claim | What we say instead |
|---|---|
| Fully automated workflows | Drafts, summaries and checklists for staff to review |
| AI handles viewing enquiries | AI prepares reply drafts and missing-detail questions |
| Replace admin staff | Support staff with draft preparation |
| Replace your CRM | Work around your current process where possible |
| GDPR-proof or fully compliant | Data-handling boundaries need to be agreed |
| Guaranteed listings or revenue | Test whether the workflow is useful |
| End-to-end automation | One narrow workflow, approved inputs, draft outputs and human review |
| Set and forget | Human review before anything is used |
Next step
The next step is a 20-minute fit call with no live data and no obligation. We pick one repeated job, talk through what the assistant would receive, what it would prepare, where staff approval happens and what it must not do. From there you decide whether a narrow pilot is worth discussing.
